Using these points as the base we launched our campaign “Transparent buying” The campaign aimed at communicating three points, one that “GST is not applicable at ready flats”. Second, “always know the actual carpet area from the builder” and third that “one should always maintain a checklist while buying a house.” We approached veteran actor Darshan Jariwala to be the face for the campaign.
